BDO, the fifth largest audit firm in the world, called on our expertise for the study and analysis (building consultancy) of the building it wanted to purchase in Rue Stassart, located in the heart of Ixelles. BDO was looking for premises that fitted in with their vision of doing business.

ARAG initially approached the PDS team during a lease renewal period to explore the possibility of renegotiation. Together with Rodolphe du Bois d’Aische (Office Agency, Associate) we examined the matter, but it quickly became apparent that their premises at the Bastion Tower presented several significant technical challenges.
